4th Joint Monitoring Committee Meeting of the Estonia-Russia Programme

The Joint Monitoring Committee of Estonia-Russia CBC Programme will hold its fourth meeting on 19-20 December in Pskov, Russia.

The agenda of the meeting includes approval of the annual work plan, technical assistance budget and information and communication plan for the year 2018, also Project Implementation Guidelines and its annexes as well discussions on other important topics and documents necessary for implementation of the Programme. An overview will be given about state of play of Large Infrastructure Projects before submission project documentation to the European Commission.

The Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) has an overall responsibility for the qualitative preparation and effective implementation of the Programme.
