You can watch some video tutorials on the first steps of project development, while further tutorials and written guidance will be uploaded in English, Russian, French and Arabic in the coming weeks. You can also access all the training material for project preparation in national languages delivered by TESIM in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, Palestine, Jordan and Tunisia, as well as material from the partner forums organised with TESIM support in Latvia, Russia, Romania and Turkey.

Building good quality projects for cross-border cooperation remains challenging to many organisations, in particular for local and regional organisations in CBC Partner Countries. To facilitate their full and active participation, strengthening the project development and management capacity of eligible organisations in the CBC Partner Countries is the second main component of TESIM support.
